Our creative team takes pride in not only bringing your vision to life but developing event roadmaps to generate memorable experiences. We strategically plan your event from start to finish with the help from our reliable vendors, staff and network of individuals that specialize in event production, design and marketing.

 

How do you charge for your services? 

We bring something unique to every client. Our fees are contingent on what you are looking for, whether it’s live entertainment or planning an intimate dinner, we analyze your budget, make a few phone calls to our tribe of vendors and give you a breakdown of everything. We like to make our clients part of the planning process to fully execute your event.

Are deposits refundable? 

Deposits are non-refundable. We’re actively curating and bringing things to life; it’s difficult to do so, if you’re no longer interested and we’ve already started to put things into place. 

What kind of events do you plan? 

It’s go big or go home; and we always go big. In a hyper digital world, we crave extraordinary, live, face to face experiences that connect us to the real world and to each other. The Exec Group produces pre and post wedding celebrations, corporate and celebrity events, social activations and non-profit events. With home bases in New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta, we’re able to assist you from any coast.

What if there’s an emergency? Can we change the date or details without additional fees? 

Life happens, we totally understand. A (2) two weeks notice is required without incurring any additional fees.

What is included in event planning services? Or What is the step-by-step process? 

Depending on the event you’re looking to have, we tailor our services based on your needs. From event brainstorming, moodboarding, vendor outreach and experiential marketing, we cultivate a plan that suits your vision.

How much time do you need to plan? 

What’s your timeline? We do our best to ensure that we meet all requested event dates. We can work with tight deadlines, but the earlier the better. 

Do you have a caterer or photographer reference or partnership? 

Our network is made up of event producers, photographers, videographers, live entertainment, caterers, chefs, on-site bartenders and the list goes on. 

How long has the Exec Group been operating? 

Due to the emenced love and support that we receive from our events, we’ve been fully operating for (3) three years in NYC, LA, DC and ATL just to name a few.

What’s it like to work with an event planner? 

The Exec Group takes on the role of being your eyes and ears for what you want and how you want it. We make it our priority to take all the weight off of your shoulders to make those special details stand out for your amazing event.
